Each player is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, for all activity conducted under their account, and for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

1 Eligibility & Age Requirement
1.1 Age Verification
Upon registration, all players declare that they are 18 years of age or older. joyabaje reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any point — including government-issued National ID, passport, or birth certificate — before processing any withdrawal or granting continued access to the platform. Accounts for which age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution.
1.2 Geographic Eligibility
joyabaje primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming services is legal under the laws applicable to their place of residence. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you must not attempt to register or access joyabaje.
1.3 Single Account Per Player
Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on joyabaje. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through any technical or administrative means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
1.4 Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on joyabaje:
- Any individual under the age of 18 years;
- Any individual who has previously been self-excluded from joyabaje or who is subject to a platform-imposed exclusion;
- Any employee, contractor, director, or agent of joyabaje or its affiliated companies;
- Any individual who accesses the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
2 Account Registration & Security
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on joyabaje, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. All information submitted must match your government-issued identification documents.
2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)
joyabaje operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure in line with standard international gaming industry practice. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other point at our reasonable discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence;
- Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months;
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in the suspension of your account and/or the withholding of withdrawal requests until the verification process is complete.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your joyabaje account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. joyabaje will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify joyabaje immediately by contacting support@joyabaje. We will investigate the matter promptly, but joyabaje cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
2.4 Accurate Information
You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. joyabaje is not responsible for failed communications, missed notifications, or delayed transactions resulting from outdated account information.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
joyabaje supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay;
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks;
- International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank).
The availability of specific payment methods may change over time. joyabaje reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to players where possible.
3.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on joyabaje is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. joyabaje does not charge a fee for deposits, although your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including shared bKash or Nagad wallets not registered to the account holder — are not permitted and may be refused or reversed. Any deposit suspected of originating from proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving financial institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No maximum single withdrawal limit applies, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC verification as a standard security measure.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the account, and only to the same account holder. joyabaje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete via the account management section.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on joyabaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where international card payments are used, currency conversion is handled by the issuing bank or card network, and joyabaje is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by your financial institution.
4 Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on joyabaje are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of betting rules is not a valid basis for requesting a refund or reversal of a settled bet.
4.2 Bet Acceptance
joyabaje reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed platform stake limits, bets placed on markets that have already been suspended, or bets placed by accounts under review. No bet is confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the platform.
4.3 In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during a match without prior notice. joyabaje is not liable for any delay between a live event and the odds displayed on the platform. Bets placed during a system delay or data feed interruption may be voided at joyabaje's discretion.
4.4 Obvious Errors
If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly published in error — including, but not limited to, odds that are manifestly inconsistent with prevailing market prices — joyabaje reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. joyabaje will endeavour to identify and correct obvious pricing errors as quickly as possible.
4.5 Casino & Slot Games
All casino games and slot titles available on joyabaje are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules for each game are governed by the respective provider's game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by each provider and verified by independent testing laboratories.
4.6 Disconnection Policy
joyabaje is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, mobile network outages, device failures, or any other technical issue outside the platform's control that results in the interruption of a betting or gaming session. 5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses offered by joyabaje — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers — are available to eligible registered players as described in the specific terms of each promotion. joyabaje reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to exclude players from promotions where there is evidence of bonus abuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum qualifying odds, eligible game types, and time limit are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse joyabaje's promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by joyabaje — will result in the immediate cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Seasonal & Sporting Promotions
joyabaje runs seasonal promotions aligned with major events on the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of each offer. General bonus terms apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.
6 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on joyabaje and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Registering more than one account per individual player;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
- Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer games;
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform glitches for financial gain;
- Attempting to manipulate or reverse any completed financial transaction through your payment provider in a manner inconsistent with the legitimate use of our services (commonly referred to as "chargeback fraud").
6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where joyabaje reasonably determines that a player has engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, or any other conduct that joyabaje deems harmful to the integrity of the platform, joyabaje may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account;
- Void all bets placed by the account during the period of prohibited conduct;
- Forfeit all or part of the account balance, including any bonus funds and associated winnings;
- Report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
6.3 Reporting Suspicious Behaviour
Players who become aware of any suspicious activity on the platform — including possible match manipulation, collusion, or fraud by other users — are encouraged to report it to joyabaje via support@joyabaje. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request the closure of their joyabaje account at any time by contacting support@joyabaje. Upon receiving a closure request, joyabaje will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
7.2 Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about their own gambling behaviour — may request self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings or by contacting support@joyabaje. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period.
7.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension
joyabaje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where:
- There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account;
- The player's KYC documentation cannot be verified to joyabaje's satisfaction;
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
- joyabaje is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, joyabaje will make reasonable efforts to notify the player of the suspension and the reason for it. Following the conclusion of the investigation, the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed, and the player will be informed accordingly.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). joyabaje will contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
joyabaje does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, or events beyond joyabaje's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. joyabaje will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
8.2 Accuracy of Information
While joyabaje takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, scores, statistics, and other information displayed on the platform are accurate and current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Players should independently verify information before making betting decisions. joyabaje is not liable for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate third-party data or live score feeds.
8.3 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyabaje's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to joyabaje in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. joyabaje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
8.4 Third-Party Software
Casino games and sports data services on joyabaje are provided by independent third-party software and data providers. joyabaje is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or outages originating within third-party game or data systems, except where joyabaje has been negligent in its selection or oversight of such providers. In the event of a third-party game malfunction, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to players at joyabaje's discretion.
8.5 Changes to Terms
joyabaje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of joyabaje after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account prior to the effective date.
