3 Deposit & Spending Limits

Increasing or removing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period. This cooling-off window is intentional — it prevents impulsive decisions made during an active session from undermining the protection the limit provides. If you submit a request to increase your limit and change your mind within 7 days, you can cancel the increase request and your original lower limit will remain in force.
4 Time-Out & Cool-Off Features
joyabaje provides two related tools for players who feel they need a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion: the session time limit and the cool-off period. Both are designed to interrupt gambling behaviour at the moment it may be becoming excessive.
4.1 Session Time Limits
A session time limit automatically ends your active session after a period you have defined in advance — for example, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours. When the limit is reached, you will receive an on-screen notification and be logged out. You may log back in after a short mandatory break, but the session counter will reset and any further time beyond your daily session limit will again trigger a log-out.

4.2 Cool-Off Periods
A cool-off is a temporary account suspension lasting between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off:
